Youtube channels you should be subscribed to

Recently I have become slightly obsessed (okay, completely obsessed) with watching youtube videos.  Youtube can be a strange place at times. The autoplay option often leads you from your favourite music video to a cat who is obsessed with a cardboard box and beyond into the wonderful realms of the internet.  To save you from some of the stranger content, I have picked out some youtube accounts you should be subscribed to!

1.) Zoella

If you don't know who Zoe Sugg aka Zoella is, you clearly haven't spent much time on Youtube.  Zoe is an English blogger with over 10 million subscribers on her main channel, not to mention the almost 4 million subscribers to her vlogging channel, MoreZoella.  Herself and boyfriend, fellow Youtuber Alfie Deyes (PointlessBlog) were added to the collection of wax figures in Madame Tussauds London in 2015.  Zoe's impressive resume of achievements boasts two books, 'Girl Online' and 'Girl Online: On Tour' as well as a range of products released under the brand name Zoella beauty. Her Youtube uploads include collaborations with other Youtubers, haul videos, beauty & hair tutorials, and a number of lookbooks as part of her fashion, style and accessories playlist.

2.) Ingrid Nilsen

With close to 4 million subscribers, Ingrid Nilsen is a growing force in the Youtuber domain.  MissglamorazziIngrid's channel showcases her bubbly personality in travel, fashion, beauty and advice vlogs.  In January 2016 Ingrid interviewed President Barack Obama in a livestream hosted at the White House.  Her most popular upload, with over 14 million views is 'Something I Want You To Know (Coming Out)'  in which Ingrid discusses her sexuality.

3.) Shaaanxo
As a Kiwi I couldn't possibly write a list of recommendations with our very own Shannon Harris.  This beauty vlogger has acquired over 2 million subscribers who enjoy her main channel uploads 3 times each week, as well as almost daily vlogs on her second channel, Shaaanxo Vlogs.  Her uploads are mostly beauty and fashion related, including tutorials, hauls, product reviews, swatches and favourites.  Shannon and her boyfriend Hamish (MooshmooshVlogs) as well as a host of other New Zealand and Australia based Youtubers have starred in various tag and challenge videos on her channels.

4.) Anna Bradshaw

Anna is not famous in the world of Youtube with over 2000 subscribers.  Yet her Friday uploads are a must watch, continuously showcasing her beautiful personality, good humour and ability to tell a good story. I expect her channel will only continue to grow.

5.) Marcus Butler

If you're in need of a laugh, Marcus Butler is your man.  Over 4 million subscribers to his main channel can not be wrong! Not only does Marcus collaborate with some of the biggest stars on Youtube, he uploads some downright hilarious content that is well worth the watch.  If you're new to his channel, his 'Types of People' playlist is a fantastic place to begin to get the laughs rolling.

6.) Carli Bybel

Just a glance at Carli's Youtube channel will confirm she is an absolute goddess.  This stunner is behind the Beauty Bybel blog which operates alongside her Youtube channel.  Carli uploads makeup & hair tutorials, lookbooks, get ready with me videos, as well as hauls, reviews and challenge videos, often alongside Brett (brettcap).  She has also released her own eyeshadow palette!

Those are just some of the Youtubers I watch religiously.  So for anyone new to Youtube, these channels are a wonderful place to start.

Also if you're feeling generous, I'm attempting to start my own channel! So check it out and subscribe if you like what you see.
